  12.                  On condition  that you  sign and  return  this  License
  13.             agreement to  K. L.  Schumann, the  author agrees to provide
  14.             you a  copy of  the source  to the  SoftC Library and hereby
  15.             grants you  a non-exclusive  and nontransferable  license to
  16.             use that  copy of  the source  code for the SoftC Library as
  17.             specified   in   this   agreement,   with   the   additional
  18.             understanding that OBJECT CODE ONLY resulting from inclusion                               OBJECT CODE ONLY                         
  19.             of  SoftC   Library  source   code  in   your  program   may
  20.             distributed, given away, or sold as part of your programs.
  21.             
  22.                  I agree  that SoftC  Library remains the property of K.
  23.             L. Schumann  and accept  that the  distribution of copies of
  24.             the source  code or  any object library other than the small
  25.             memory  model   is  theft   of  the  author's  property  and
  26.             understand that this will be prosecuted.
  27.             
  28.                  The author  makes no express or implied warranties with
  29.             regard to  performance or  accuracy of the SoftC Library and
  30.             pertaining  documentation  and  specifically  disclaims  any
  31.             implied warranties  of fitness for any particular purpose. I
  32.             agree that  K. L. Schumann shall not be held responsible for
  33.             any consequential  damages that I may possibly incur through
  34.             the use  of SoftC  Library, whether through K. L. Schumann's
  35.             negligence or not.
  36.             
  37.                  I hereby  acknowledge that  I have read this agreement,
  38.             understand it,  and agree  to be  bound by all its terms and
  39.             conditions.
